4D Kinetic installation “Dancing Particles”
The key highlight of the hotel is featured in the lobby on the ground floor – the exquisite 4D kinetic installation “Dancing Particles”. Created by renowned German design team ART+COM known for evolving motion art sculptures, the team was commissioned to create a bespoke art piece for Silks Club that was inspired by Kaohsiung image as Taiwan’s southern power city. “Dancing Particles” consists of 168 metal spheres programmed to caress the water as they form elaborate moving shapes, accompanied by music that create an exquisite atmosphere. This artistic installation is scheduled to perform a choreographed sequence every 30 minutes in a fantastic 4D visual experience, showcasing a glimmering water dance that symbolises Kaohsiung’s position as a glittering pearl in the ocean.
