DJ Khaled Collaborates with Dolce&Gabbana For An Exclusive Capsule Collection

Dolce&Gabbana collaborate with multi-platinum selling and Grammy Award winning DJ and record producer, DJ Khaled, in an exclusive Special Collection to explore the serendipitous relationships between music, creativity and style.

Inspired by the palms, flowers and bright colours of Miami, this collection marries the urban gusto of the metropolis with the Italian house’s romantic and contemporary gestures, framing icons important to both DJ Khaled, and Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, in lush greens and vivid blooms.

The distinctive features of the metropolis are mixed in a surprising way with the codes that have made the DNA of Dolce&Gabbana unique over time, giving life to an exclusive Collection with a contemporary flair, generated by the artistic genius of Domenico Dolce, Stefano Gabbana and DJ Khaled.

Two creative concepts with a strong and distinctive character animate the Collection.

The first concept, the depiction of a lion, a symbol of strength and pride that has always been dear to DJ Khaled – who also chose it for the cover of one of his most acclaimed albums – is framed by florals and fantasies of stripes and polka dots.

The second proposal brings to mind to the Wynwood neighbourhood, the artistic heart of Miami: murals and graffiti interwoven with the typical Mediterranean bougainvillea flowers and agave leaves, the latter recalling both the gardens of Florida and the landscapes of Southern Italy.
