FENDI celebrates the 2022 Spring Festival and the start of the Year of the Tiger with an exclusive Capsule Collection, which embodies the courageous, vigorous, active and enthusiastic personality of the people born in the Year of the Tiger.
Adding a vibrant twist to signature FENDI elements, the FENDI 2022 Spring Festival Exclusive Capsule Collection presents an orange tiger print animalier motif, inspired by the Siberian tigers found in the northeastern region of China. In celebration of the Year of the Tiger, the tiger print takes center stage in the Women’s collection, pervading a range of ready-to-wear pieces, including a t-shirt, a hooded sweatshirt, and a knitted cardigan in a special black version. The same pattern is embroidered on the new FENDI Match sneakers for women and men, and on the Maison’s bags: from the iconic Regular, Mini and Nano Baguette in orange canvas to the Sunshine Shopper, also in its Mini version, as well as the internal lining of a black Mini Peekaboo in leather.
Traditional flowers blooming around the New Year’s Day and Spring Festival, including the cineraria, signifying happiness, prosperity and peacefulness, and the lily, a symbol of beauty and nobility, are combined with the iconic FF logo, giving life to a colorful floral motif which infuses with romanticism and modernity a selection of silk textiles, including a wrappy, a foulard and hair accessories.
The FF logo also stands out on a range of crystal fashion jewels, including earrings, rings and bracelets. Sophisticated O’Lock earrings, rings and red cord bracelets are adorned with a genuine tiger eye stone dial, which also embellishes the dial of a silver and yellow gold Forever Fendi watch.
Sleek black monochrome FF logo shirts and skirts echo the Men’s Collection, which features a gradient black and grey variant of the iconic monogram. Appearing as a print or as a trim, the gradient FF logo is applied on formal suits, but also on casual styles such as denim jackets, long-sleeved sweatshirts, knitted cardigans and casual pants. Accessories include the Baguette Messenger bag, medium and small Fendiness backpacks, a phone pouch, a bucket and a baseball hat, and an exclusive edition of the natural aluminum suitcase realized in collaboration with luxury luggage brand RIMOWA, now featuring a special blue Fendiness buckle.
To capture the spirit of the festive vibe, the FENDI 2022 Spring Festival Exclusive Capsule Collection campaign features FENDI Greater China Men’s Collection Spokesperson Jackson Wang and dancer Joni.
