Award-Winning Chef Sean Connolly to helm QT Singapore’s Dining Experiences Cygnet and Rooftop at QT
The new QT Singapore has announced their new dining offerings at the design led hotel ahead of the hotel’s opening in September 2024.
Singapore’s newest QT Singapore which is set to open in September 2024 announces its new dining offerings to be helmed by QT Singapore’s award-winning Creative Director of Food & Beverage, Chef Sean Connolly, an award-winning chef and restaurateur. Together, QT and Sean deliver multi-award-winning experiences for Gowings at QT Sydney, Esther at QT Auckland and now at the soon to open Singapore property.
Cygnet, a brand-new bar and grill, Cygnet is set to bring a buzzing Manhattan steakhouse vibe. The expert service team, including hosts outfitted by Singapore’s Studio HHFZ, and QT’s curated music, enhance the warm ambiance. The menu here focuses on ingredient integrity and origin, allowing guests to enjoy top-quality proteins and produce with rich flavours. The Steak Library offers premium steaks like Tajima Japanese Wagyu Rump and Australian Grass Fed Riverine Rib Eye, alongside Chef Sean’s signature Duck Fat Roast Potatoes.
The cocktail menu here is inspired by New York’s energy, with tableside service evoking a sense of theatrical elegance. The extensive wine list includes over 30 wines by the glass from top regions, ensuring a perfect pairing for every dish.
Cygnet will also feature two private dining rooms for hand-crafted dining experiences, tailored to any occasion.
Rooftop at QT, renowned in Australia and New Zealand, highlights a vibrant skyline destination with refreshing cocktails, an extensive beverage list, and an electric, open-air atmosphere. Guests of the hotel can enjoy tropical spirits, take a dip in the pool or feast with a Taqueria experience.
