Le Shrimp Launches Ma Po Tofu Shrimp Ramen Inspired By Sichuan Flavours

Inspired by the Sichuan flavours, take your tastebuds to China with Le Shrimp’s latest launch – the Ma Po Tofu with Minced Shrimp Ramen. Imagine feasting on a noodle variation of Ma Po Tofu, with fresh prawns and spicy dumplings.
The bowl of noodles is tossed in a spicy Ma Po sauce that is just slightly numbing to give you that kick of spice. Topped with tofu cubes, fried beancurd crisp and Sichuan pickled diced vegetables for a crunchy bite, the ultimate kicker is the minced shrimp instead of the minced meat usually used in the classic dish. The fresh bite of shrimp gave a refreshing sweetness as a contrast to the chewy ramen noodles.
If you like your food extra spicy, ask for Le Shrimp’s signature chili sauce and mix it in for an even spicier kick. Or you could also get the perfect side of the restaurants renowned Prawn Dumpling with Chilli Vinaigrette for a zesty spiciness that is sour and spicy all at once.
Paradise Gourmet Rewards (PGR) members and Maybank Credit or Debit Card members will able to enjoy the Ma Po Tofu with Minced Shrimp Ramen at a discounted price of $14.90 for both dine-in and takeaway throughout the entire promotional period.
And as with every seasonal dish, the Ma Po Tofu with Minced Shrimp Ramen is only available while stocks last from now until the end of March.
The Ma Po Tofu with Minced Shrimp Ramen is available from now till 31 March 2022 at all Le Shrimp Ramen outlets islandwide.
