With December and the festive season in swing, it’s a good time to take a break, clear some leaves, and treat yourself and your loved ones. And what better way for a treat than a relaxing day indulging in a sumptuous afternoon tea?

Here, we’ve rounded up the festive afternoon tea menus that you can enjoy.

1. Intercontinental Singapore

The Lobby Lounge at Intercontinental Singapore has come up with its own spin of a decadent sugar and spice Classic Afternoon Tea (S$110++ for two guests) to celebrate the yuletide season! Some of the highlights include the Duck Rillette with Pumpkin Quiche, Mushroom Empanadas, the Pistachio and Chocolate Choux topped with Matcha Crème and Exotic Fruit Jelly and the Lemon Cream Cheese Mousse with White Peach Jelly with Strawberry Marmalade!

Guests can also complement their high tea session with bottomless flutes of champagne (S$298++ for two guests) and unlimited scoops of ice cream and scones. Not wanting to leave anyone behind during the festive season, vegan guests can also order from a specially curated Vegan Afternoon Tea Menu that uses locally grown produce to whip up their treats! 2. Conrad Centennial Singapore

For an indulgently festive experience, treat yourself to the Christmas Afternoon Tea at the Lobby Lounge, Conrad Centennial Singapore.

Both delightful on the eyes and to the stomach, tuck into carefully crafted pastries and bites like the The Sleigh, made with dark chocolate and layered with a toothsome hazelnut chocolate feuilletine, as well as the delightfully moist Traditional Homemade Stollen and the cute but addictive Snow Man, filled with panettone almond sponge, vanilla mousse and ganache. We absolutely loved the Prosciutto Di Parma – toast topped with savoury onion marmalade and smoky charred Brie cheese, as well as the luxurious Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Truffle.

Of course, an afternoon tea would not be complete without scones – have the fluffy Traditional and Cranberry scones with a slathering of strawberry jam and clotted cream for maximum enjoyment, and pair them with your choice of Ronnefeldt Tea or Brazilian Coffee selections.

3. MO Bar

Known for its gorgeous city views and impeccable service, MO Bar has rolled out a Festive Afternoon Tea experience that is available throughout December. Tuck into delectable treats from the likes of the Charcoal Toast topped with roasted pumpkin, spinach and feta cheese, and the Black Forest Ham with multigrain, red cheddar cheese and honey mustard for savouries, as well as the refreshing Cream cheese bavarois with blueberry jelly and red fruit pain de genes; and an exquisite Earl Grey Chantilly with cherry compote and chocolate souffle sponge.

Available Monday through Friday for the month of December, from 3 to 5 PM daily, pair your afternoon tea with a selection of fragrant teas, or top up for a flute of “R” de Ruinart Champagne (S$72++) or one of MO Bar’s signature cocktails (S$68++) for a boozy afternoon treat.

The Festive Afternoon Tea Menu at MO Bar is available at $52++ per guest and S$98++ for two. Christmas weekend seatings are also available on 25th and 26th December from 12:30 to 2:30 PM and from 3 to 5 PM (S$58++ per guest, with Champagne and cocktail top ups available).

4. Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa
