Atlas Launches New “Sense of Place” Menu
ATLAS invites guests to explore the architectural wonders of Art Deco with its new Drinking Menu, Sense of Place.
Developed by Head Bartender Jesse Vida and the ATLAS team, the new menu explores the lively spirit and energy of European Art Deco architecture, as well as shared connections between past and present.
Look forward to a menu of cocktails featuring innovative techniques, curious ingredients and many unexpected, yet delicious flavour combinations. ‘Sense of Place’ is divided into seven chapters, each with a whimsical illustration of an European Art Deco landmark, beautifully displaying the unique and ornate traits of each building. From the iconic Battersea Power Station and Teatro Éden, to lesser known examples of Art Deco architecture such as the Helsinki Central Station.
The ATLAS drinking menu also features an extensive G&T selection, including the newly introduced “Bartender’s Choice G&T” (from S$24), an avenue to share highlights from the Gin Tower, with a G&T chosen by the award-winning ATLAS team, meant to delight guests looking for a surprise.
The menu also includes the keystone ATLAS Classics such as the ATLAS Martini (S$25), Orange Blossom Martini (S$28) and the ATLAS Espresso Martini (S$24). Guest can also enjoy a flight of these classics with ‘An ATLAS Suite’ (S$38) a flight of three petite martinis.
To delve deeper into liquid history, ATLAS Vintage is an invitation to savour classic cocktails made with spirits and liqueurs dating as far back as 1910.
“Sense of Place pays homage to ATLAS and what it means to our guests and ourselves, a place that we can all identify with and feel special,” says Jesse Vida, ATLAS Head Bartender. “We wanted to connect our guests to the architecture of ATLAS and many grand Art Deco landmarks through our cocktails. We look forward to welcoming guests to ATLAS and for them to explore their connections to these magnificent structures.”
