Catalunya Unveils Three Easter Cocktails

Rum Hunt

Grab your bonnets and bunny ears and head to Catalunya to experience the three cocktails especially created for this Easter.

Start off with Rum Hunt, an emulsified cocktail shaken with butter, black tea, plantation rum and falernum. Then relish on your findings with Hatched; an interactive cocktail nothing short of fun and delicious. This rich cocktail is served in a chocolate egg shell rested on a brown paper nest. It calls for El Dorado rum, amaretto, red fruit puree, banana, dark chocolate, citrus lime and cranberry juices.

Save the best for last with Truffle, a chocolate and fresh berry cocktail that is guaranteed to fix your springtime sweet tooth. The chocolate and berry notes are completed with vodka, apricot brandy and cacao white liqueur.

Catalunya Bar’s seasonal Easter cocktails can also be enjoyed alongside side the three-day brunch party over the long Good Friday and Easter Sunday weekend from 25th to 27th March 2016 with a special focus on traditional Spanish Holy Week recipes in addition to the restaurant’s signature items such as the Traditional Suckling Pig and Churros. Over the three hours of feasting, diners will also stand a chance to win a complimentary dining voucher through the mass Bingo game. Brunch is priced at $98++ per adult.
