This Festive Season, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore presents a new selection of festive goodies and tantalizing feasts at MO BAR, Cherry Garden , Melt Café and Dolce Vita.

This year,there are four new cakes being introduced. Adding some sparkle to the impressive line-up are four new dazzling sweet treats. The Noël Crème Catalan entices with a stunning combination of muscovado frangipane, banana compote and crème Catalan, while Christmas Joy sees a refreshingly fruity medley of pink guava and peach compote, vanilla and yuzu mousse balanced perfectly with almond Pain de Gênes. Christmas Cassis will have you reminiscing of chestnuts roasting over an open fire, with its crisp chestnut sablé, cassis soufflé sponge and delightful cassis compote. Stealing the limelight is The Ruby Cocoa – shaped just like a cocoa pod with tantalizing layers of raspberry mousse, raspberry chocolate cremeux and chocolate almond cream.

Christmas Joy

Celebrate Christmas Eve at MO Bar and Melt Café with mesmerising views of Marina Bay at chic MO BAR. Indulge in the hotel’s popular daily afternoon tea. Enjoy savoury delights and Christmas-themed desserts, presented on a two-tier stand alongside a fine selection of TWG teas. Complete the dinner table at Melt Café, with stellar highlights like Black Angus Tenderloin Wellington Style, Oven-Roasted Festive Turkey and Gammon Ham with Honey, Five Spices and Cloves.
