Celebrate Dragon Boat Festival with Delectable Handmade Rice Dumplings from Mitzo

For the highly anticipated Dragon Boat Festival, savour a delectable display of flavours with Mitzo’s handmade glutinous rice dumplings.

Distinguished for their modern take on Cantonese cuisine, Grand Park Orchard’s Mitzo Executive Head Chef Nicky Ng has specially curated three luxurious dumplings in celebration of this renowned festival. These opulent dumpling creations range from the classics to the decadent.

Mitzo Signature Rice Dumpling (S$38++) features traditional ingredients such as succulent pork belly, braised duck, pork ham, salted egg with dried shrimps and scallop wrapped in bamboo leaf.

The Rice Dumpling with Abalone, Pork and Salted Egg (S$24++) consists of premium abalone, dried scallops, salted egg, while the Red Dates Rice Dumpling (S$6++) consists of sweet dried red dates.

The glutinous rice dumplings are sold individually or in a set of three for S$68++, and are available from 1 June to 18 June 2018.
