This Valentine’s Day, Chef Sam has designed a five-course and an eight-course menu, with a focus on taking his diners on a lush and romantic dining journey. The five-course-seating begins at 6pm. As the afternoon sunlight fades away and transforms into a magical evening peppered with city’s night light. The second seating starts at 8pm, with an additional three courses, for a romantic and captivating dining experience.

Each plate presented for the night transcends all three kitchens distinct flavours, with the Chef promising to unleash a flood of gastronomical delight.
