As part of Baccarat‘s illustrious Cocktail World Tour, the prestigious crystal brand has collaborated with MO BAR Singapore and MO BAR Shenzhen that begins in February and ends in March. This unique alliance presents an exquisite collection of cocktails meticulously crafted by MO BAR’s expert mixologists and served in Baccarat’s resplendent crystal barware, elevating every sip into a delightful experience.
This collaboration not only pays homage to the Lunar New Year of the Dragon, but serves as a gentle reminder to indulge in life’s small luxuries and encapsulates the joie de vivre, celebrating life’s everyday pleasures, even down to the choice of crystal glassware.
Here are the four quartet Ripples of Pleasure cocktails:
The Blue Manhattan – Crafted with Johnnie Walker Blue Label, home-made Sherry + Rosso, Hinoki Bitters and served in a Baccarat Masséna Flute glass. A spin on a classic manhattan that exudes warm notes of raisin and the aroma of sweet fruit from the sherry that pays homage to its Big Apple roots.
The Walker Sour – Served in a Baccarat Narcisse Coupe glass, this creamy concoction features Johnnie Walker Blue Label, bourbon oak barrel syrup, vanilla bean ice cream and egg white that strikes a sweet and sour balance that is paired well with a dessert at MO Bar and creates a visually impressive concoction with the curves of the glass it is served in.
Disaronno Expectations – Presented in a Baccarat Harmonie Highball glass, this tropical yet smoky creation blends Mezcal, disaronno amaretto, verjuice and Egg White. The drink surprises with its cloudy texture, softening sweetness with verjuice acidity that enhancing the smoky finish on the palette.
Insomniac – Served in a Baccarat Beluga Tumbler, this adrenaline-pumping cocktail comprises of osmanthus aged rum, black coffee, black cocoa, and orange bitters. Lightly flavored with floral osmanthus and enriched with chocolate notes, this cocktail is adquaterly potent yet serves as a cool libation to end the hectic day with.
The Baccarat Ripples of Pleasure cocktails are priced at S$38++ each and are available from now until 29 February 2024 at MO BAR, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore.
Expanding its reach, the Baccarat bar partnership will extend to MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, from March 1, 2024, to March 30, 2024. The collaboration features a curated selection of cocktails from Singapore, showcasing the essence of this fusion. MO BAR Singapore’s Bar Manager, Charlie Kim, will headline several shifts in Shenzhen in March. This exchange promises a distinctive and creative mix of energies in the Baccarat Cocktail World Tour with MO BAR.
