Ginger Restaurant at PARKROYAL on Beach Road Introduces New Malay and Indonesian Delights To Its Buffet Line-Up!

PARKROYAL on Beach Road‘s popular all-day dining restaurant Ginger has introduced new added local delights to its already extensive buffet line-up.
Curated by the hotel’s resident Executive Chef Vincent Aw and his team, the new local delights at this garden oasis designed restaurant features heritage Malay and Indonesian favourites individually plated and served to your table. Each dish will surely whet your apetite.
Expect only the best curated a la carte buffet experience with top notch ingredients and homemade sauces with over more than 70 dishes and select your desired dish and portion size.
Highlights from their new local delights menu include the Gado Gado Salad with Peanut Sauce, this Indonesian dish is made with fresh cabbage, carrots, egg, potatoes, crackers and tossed in their homemade peanut sauce. You may also want to try the Classic Chicken Wings or the Grilled Ayam Percik, grilled with their homemade percik sambal.
Moving on to their local kitchen selections, don’t go home without trying these noteworthy dishes, such as the crisp and fluffy Lamb Murtabak each filled with minced lamb and spices, next is the all-time favourite Braised Lamb Shank Tulang, this daily special features lamb shanks marinated in their secret local spice blend and slowly cooked for six to eight hours which results to a packed umami flavour.
Seafood lovers will enjoy not one but two lobster dish creations which will leave you wanting more. First is the Lobster Nasi Lemak, this pretty dish is an upgraded version to the traditional local favourite which is plated with blue pea aromatic rice and halved Indonesian lobster along with anchovies, egg and cucumber. Second is the Black Pepper Lobster, each lobster is slathered with their homemade black pepper sauce and served piping hot to your table.
Do you love Ramly burgers? If you do, try the Ginger “Ramly” Burger, this burger sliders is sandwiched between the charcoal sesame bun is the chicken patty, fried egg and lettuce and ketchup.
End your meal with these must try desserts, the Chocolate You Char Kuey, whoever thought of deep fried dough fritters dipped in rich melted chocolate is successful as i’ve just lost my diet motivation. Milo lovers will love the Milo Dinosaur Ice Cream topped with dash of Milo powder. And of course, you won’t want to miss the Putu Piring (steamed rice cake flour) from Michelin recommended hawker Haig Road Putu Piring which is available daily on the menu and as a live station during dinner on 16, 17, 23 and 24 April 2021.
The Local Delights at Ginger is available from now till 30 April 2021 and priced at Lunch (S$48++ per adult, S$24++ per child) and Dinner (S$65++ per adult and S$32.5++ per child from Monday to Thursday, S$75++ per adult and S$37.5++ per child from Friday to Sunday).
