Michelin-Trained Chefs Launches New Casual Burger Concept: Burgs
Homegrown fast casual burger concept Burgs launches a brand new fast casual burger concept in 313@somerset offering a brand new menu as well as exclusive original recipes for the new outlet.
After four previous outlets, this new concept marks Michelin-trained chefs/ founders Indra and Ridzuan first outlet in a mall and a milestone for a Muslim-owned hawker brand.
New items at the 313@somerset outlet include, the Marinara Burger, made with handcrafted beef patty, but tweaked for a more fun and tangy homemade tomato sauce, and topped with lashings of melted mozzarella. The Hot & Spicy Chicken Burger, featuring a deep-fried chicken fillet glazed in Sriracha sauce for a fiery kick and layered with mayonnaise and lettuce.
Non-meat eater will be delighted to know that fish options are available. The Crispy Fish Burger comprise of whole battered Alaskan pollack fish and stacked with lettuce, Burgs’ cheese sauce and fresh tomato salsa in a burger, there’s also a Salmon Roll made with premium salmon flown in from Norway, dressed with Japanese mayo, packed into a neat roll and garnished with spring onion.
Classic favourites such as the Beef Bacon Cheese Burger, the limited edition National day special Nasi Lemak Burger and an improved Burgs Classic Cheese Burger along with the Chicken Coney Dog will continue to be available and all are only prepared upon order.
New options for desserts are also available such as the rich Lotus Biscoff Shake drizzled with Lotus Biscoff cookie sauce, topped with crushed Biscoff biscuits and the Lotus Biscoff Soft Serve sprinkled with more crushed Biscoff biscuits on top.
Opening Promotion
In conjunction with the new outlet opening, Burgs has unveiled an off menu Chilli Cheese Burger and will be given out for free till 27 August 2021 for the first 100 diners a day, while stocks last.
