From the people who brought us popular nutrition-haven The Daily Cut, River Valley road is now home to an unapologetic and unpretentious roadside American diner, One Night Only, serving up full-on, in-your-face, waistline-busting comfort foods throughout the day.
One Night Only’s menu is an authentic interpretation of American diner classics. From the Southern Buttermilk Fried Chicken ($16.50) to the New England Lobster Roll ($30), there is nothing dainty or polished about the food at this diner. Servings are good hearty portions to set the heart racing and satisfy cravings and hunger.
The Texan Chicken-Fried Steak ($21) is expected to be a hot seller. As the menu says, “It ain’t chicken, that’s for sure!” In fact, it is a cut of beef that has been tenderized, battered, and deep-fried for that melt-in-your-mouth texture that will have people coming back for more.
Another highlight of the One Night Only experience is the BYOB – Build Your Own Breakfast with a whole gamut of items to choose from, including eggs your way, bacon, and smashed avocado ($3 each) to hash browns and corned beef hash ($4.50 each) to classic buttermilk pancakes ($9), brioche French toast ($10.50) and maple bacon pancakes ($12). Served all day, the BYOB is perfect for those who fancy creating a light meal or the full works.
