Gourmet Park

The latest attraction at Resort World Sentosa is for the food lovers, with a delicious mix of cuisines from around the world and renowned local favourites. Gourmet Park is a food truck and urban containers refurbished into an elevated food court at the Bull Ring in RWS, and you can expect pop-ups from top Singapore restaurants and Michelin chefs.

Asian smokehouse Blue Smoke brings their flame-grilled prowess and Asian seasonings to the table, with curated dishes like the Crispy Roast Pork Set and Signature Lemongrass Fried Chicken Set. Try the Signature Chili Pomelo Crab Meat Rice Bowl from Blue Lotus, on the leading pioneers for Modern Chinese Cuisine, spicy yet satisfyingly flavourful bowl of rice and crab. Blue Lotus is famous for their Chili Crab Pomelo, which has a citrus twist from the addition of pomelo that complements the spicy chili crab sauce.

Michelin-starred chef Rishi Naleendra from Kotuwa has been listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand list for three years in a row for their Sri Lankan street food, and is hugely anticipated for their Chicken Kottu, a chopped chicken dish with flatbread and vegetables and plenty of spice. QUIEC & Olivia Market is the stop for Spanish sandwiches and tapas, but its their Basque Burnt Cheesecake by Alain Devahive that will have you going back for more of that cheesy goodness. A common sight at food trucks in the US, Lavi Tacos serves up authentic tacos or plant-based options for those who are vegetarian.

On the Asian front, Chun Noodle Bar elevates the humble char sui noodle with Japanese flavours for an indulgent Truffle Wagyu Noodle, with chewy noodles smothered in a truffle sauce and ikura comes with charred char siu and fried wantons. Dickson Nasi Lemak often sells out at their Malaysian store, and it’s not hard to see why as we wiped out the Ayam Goreng Brempah with fragrant coconut rice, condiments, an entire fried chicken leg, and a fiery 18-ingredient sambal in one sitting and still wanted more.

Mad Roaster is an up-and-coming roastery that supports the livelihoods of refugees in Asia, and sells quality coffee and brioche bread. Have your morning kopi and toast here, where their kaya toast comes with a thick buttery brioche sandwich with thick slabs of butter that melts in your mouth. Other breads like chocolate toast and avocado toast are also available.

There’s also plenty for a midday pick-me-up, JAMBA has fresh smoothies like mango-a-go-go and strawberries wild for a refreshing boost of vitamins, or have a scoop of ice cold ice cream from Coolhaus, a Coachella-approved and dairy-free ice cream with tasty flavours like hojicha and peanut butter & fudge.

Gourmet Park is located at the Bull Ring, Level One of Resort World Sentosa, and is open from 11am – 8pm (weekdays) and 11am – 9pm (weekends).
