Oddle Eats is a food discovery platform that allows you to find places to eat according to trends, locations, cuisine, and promotions so that you can get even more food with the money you’ve saved. Their latest dining deal campaign goes all along the North-South MRT lines, where you can discover great deals like 1-for-1 sets or discounts up to 40% off restaurants. The campaign also lets you easily filter the restaurants by location around popular MRT stations like City Hall, Raffles Place, Somerset, Orchard, Bishan, and Ang Mo Kio.
While the whole list can be a lot to trawl through (there’s over 80 restaurants on the list!), we have highlighted some of our favourites to start you off your gastronomic journey along the red line.
•Unkai – Drop by Unkai, conveniently located in Orchard, for their 1-for-1 Lunch Omakase to embark on a Japanese adventure of the senses as you eat your way through sashimi, nigiri, tempura, mini-dons and grilled dishes that feature the best of seasonal Japanese produce
•White Marble – While most people might head to White Marble for their Mediterranean grilled meats, their pastas are also pretty darn delicious. The 1-for-1 Pastas have a choice of three flavours – the meaty Iberico Pork Jowl Ragout & Orecchiette Pasta, the creamy Bucatini Puttanesca, or the savoury Prawn and Oceanic Linguine Vongole
•Gyu San – Bring a friend to delight in Gyu-San’s signature Japanese Wagyu Menchi Katsu Sando, with milky soft toasted bread and fragrant Wagyu chips cooked in wagyu fat.
•Ayam Penyet Ria – Indonesian family restaurant Ayam Penyet joins the 1-for-1 frenzy for their Udang Penyet + Nasi, where their delicious smashed fried prawns is served with fragrant rice and spicy sambal chillis.
•Soup Restaurant – One of our go-to places for good chicken rice, and we’ll definitely drop by for 25% off their signature Samsui Ginger Chicken Combo set. Their chunky yet fragrant ginger sauce is the key to unlocking the flavorful chicken.
