Available every last Saturday of the month starting from 26 March till 28 May from 12:00 till 3:00pm, The Bar at 15 Stamford kicks off your weekend in style with a generous and tummy filling serving of a feast on a platter served a la Filipino Boodle Fight style.
This Instagram-worthy culinary creation features a generous serving of chargrilled delights including Fried Soft-Shell Crab, Norwegian Salmon Trout, Grilled Tiger King Prawn, Pork Prime Rib Char Siew, Pasteur-fed Angus Beef Ribeye and Jin Long Yu Premium Fried Rice.
Each platter is complemented with a side of Grilled Garlic Haricot Vert and Charred Lemon Crown as well as Spicy Assam Vinaigrette, Adobo Butter and Angelica Barbecue Sauce. A refreshing serving of Mango Sago dessert completes the dining experience.
An enticing ensemble of cocktails curated by the hotel’s creative team of mixologists and bartenders are also available for you to enjoy.
