Tippling Club Introduces Tippling Terrace
Tippling Club’s latest collaboration with Telmont Champagne brings a new alfresco space infused with the spirit of conservation.
Staying true to Telmont’s ambition of creating a 100% organic house using production methods with reduced impact on its natural surroundings, this lush new green space is exemplary of the champagne house’s ongoing recycling initiatives on a global scale. Outfitted with elements of upcycled used bottles into candles and hanging décor, the terrace offers a calm garden oasis to enjoy an irresistible line-up of Tippling Club snacks and Telmont Champagne.
With Chef-Owner Ryan Clift’s emphasis on ultra-progressive techniques, guests can look forward to a new snacks menu which will be served alongside a flight from the Telmont Champagne range on the terrace.
Delight in the softly Steamed Brioche filled with Manchego cheese mousse, j5 Jamón Iberico cured ham, and delicate shavings of winter truffle; A5 Wagyu Tartar served on carbon pastry, rakkyo zuke and confit egg yolk; Chicken liver parfait with white port jelly, cocoa, topped with sweet & sour apples; Kagoshima Potato Waffle with richly perfumed truffle cream, tobiko and spring onion; and Nori Popadum with cured king fish, and black radish in an avocado & yuzu puree. Each dish is a testament to Chef Ryan’s unwavering dedication towards sustainable gastronomy; procuring directly from suppliers that are sustainable and ethical in their operations.
The curated snack offering is served with a flight of three different champagnes from the Telmont range (Telmont Réserve Brut, Telmont Réserve Rosé, Telmont Vinothèque 2012) each convey the genuine expression of terroir, a tribute to the excellence and singularity of each year’s harvest.
