Tuck into the seven- to nine-course Lunar New Year set menus, carefully curated by Yellow Pot’s Head Chef Sebastian Goh, and starting at S$58++ per person for lunch and S$88++ per person for dinner. All menus include the luxurious King Ora Salmon Yu Sheng, a nutritious take on the traditional auspicious dish – here, Chef Sebastian’s creation features fresh organic vegetables topped with dried mango, pineapple and cranberries; grapeseed oil; sustainably sourced salmon cured with lemon zest, as well as generous sprinklings of fragrant muesli with roasted coconut. For a lavish touch, there is even gold dust in the sauce!
Gather your friends or colleagues together for a Lunar New Year luncheon with the seven-course Fortune Menu ($58++ per person)! This lunch set menu is filled with mouth-watering, auspicious dishes such as the warming Crabmeat & Fish Maw Soup, Braised Sea Whelk with bailing mushroom and sun-dried oyster, and wokhei-filled Mushroom Ee-fu Noodles.
For something a little more indulgent, go for the eight-course Prosperity Menu (S$68++ per person) or Six Senses Signature Reunion Menu (S$88++ per person), which offer a variety of delectable dishes including the Pork Knuckle Rice in Lotus Leaf, X.O “Bak Kwa” Seafood Fried Rice, and Braised Abalone, Sea Whelk, Dried Oyster & Flower Mushroom.
Don’t want to have a mid-day food coma? Yellow Pot offers three sumptuous dinner set menus that are sure to delight your palate. Relish in the indulgent nine-course Treasures Menu (S$88++ per person) or Golden Abundance Menu (S$128++ per person), which are perfect for seafood-lovers with dishes such as the Steamed Barramundi Fermented Garlic Wine Chili, and Tiger Prawn in Saffron Tonkatsu Broth. Or indulge in the premium Six Senses Signature Auspicious Menu (S$168++ per person), a good choice for groups of more than four people, offering delights such as Steamed Alaskan King Crab Leg with Garlic, Lobster in Saffron Tonkatsu Broth with Crispy Noodle and Birds Nest Almond Tea with Sesame Glutinous Rice Dumpling.
