W Singapore Sentosa Cove will be hosting the first Ultimate Mixology Sunday Brunch on October 15 from 12-3pm at The Kitchen Table.

The event will bring together the world’s leading mixologists from the world’s best bars to celebrate the artistry and innovation of mixology.

The brunch will feature a wide array of selections from W Singapore Sentosa Cove’s Brunchscape menu such as Charcuterie. Live Oyster Bar Station, Seafoods on Ice, Signature a la minute selections, and desserts. Guests will be guided through a sensory journey, flavours, techniques and innovations in mixology from global renowned mixologists Manja Stankovic and Leonardo Zanini.

Limited invitations are available for this exclusive brunch. Guests will have the unique opportunity to mingle with cocktail legends, industry insiders, and fellow beverage enthusiasts. It promises to be a brunch experience that fuses culinary delight with exceptional mixology.

The Ultimate Mixology Brunch will be held on 15 October 2023 from 12pm-3pm at The Kitchen Table, W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, priced at S$128++ per person inclusive of free-flow coffee, tea, juices, soft drinks and mocktails. Additional S$68++ for free-flow Prosecco, wines, spirits and cocktails and S$98++ for free –flow Champagne, wines, spirits and cocktails.
