The Pulled Pork Burger offers a delightful mix of pulled pork, apple and parsnip slaw, and apple compote on a fluffy charcoal bun. For a richer experience, try the Slow-Braised BBQ Short Ribs, glazed with PS. BBQ sauce and served with parmesan-sprinkled sweetcorn. Crafted by seasoned roast masters from Hong Kong with over 30 years of expertise, the menu features an array of indulgent roasts, from pork to duck, ensuring a comprehensive Hong Kong flavor profile.

A highlight is the BBQ Spanish Pork, made from premium pork collar, slow-roasted for tenderness, then high-temperature roasted for a charred finish, creating a sweet-caramelized exterior. The Cherry Valley Crispy Roast Duck offers juicy, herb-marinated meat with crisp skin, while the Soy Sauce Chicken provides umami-rich flavor from skin to bone. Held at the hotel’s Ellenborough Market Café, this celebration transforms the venue into a durian lover’s paradise with a weekend dinner buffet featuring a diverse array of durian-infused dishes. Highlights include Durian Fried Rice, Hokkaido Pumpkin Durian Cream Soup, Durian Hazelnut Choux, and the signature Durian Pengat, offering a rich, traditional taste of the ‘King of Fruits’.

Elevating the experience, the Durian Fruit Bazaar pops up every Thursday from 18th July to 8th August 2024, even on Singapore’s National Day, 9th August 2024. Set at the alfresco live station overlooking the Singapore River, the bazaar serves unlimited fresh durian varieties like Mao Shan Wang, D24, and Red Prawn, alongside local and international dishes. This unique culinary celebration at Paradox Singapore Merchant Court promises an unforgettable durian experience for all enthusiasts.

The Durian Fruit Bazaar will take place from 18th July to 9th August 2024 and is priced at S$138++ per adult and S$50++ per child.
