11 Mouthwatering Beefs at the Ritz-Carlton
The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore unveiled heartier choices for those who just cannot get enough of beef. Helmed by new Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli, the selections comprise of 11 beef dishes which includes 36-hour Braised Beef Shank, Grade Five Black Angus Beef Wellington and the first a la minute Wagyu Burger Station in Singapore.
These dishes will be showcased alongside other popular dinner offerings including sushi and sashimi, crustacean, Asian and Western mains, 15 types of cheese and desserts.
Some of the new notable beef dishes to look forward include: Beef Carpaccio, Spicy Tomato Beef Balls, Cottage Beef Pie, Chilled English Roast Beef, Beef Stew in Bordeaux Wine Sauce, Paprika Beef Stroganoff, Oxtail Broth with Foie Gras Ravioli, and Grade Five Wagyu Beef Tomahawk.
This is highly recommended to all the people who love beef and of course, for those who are not beef person, not to worry because Greenhouse have wide selections of dishes to tame your appetite.
These will be available at Greenhouse on Wednesdays from 6 March to 26 May 2013 from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Buffet Dinner is priced at $68++ for adults and $34++ for children between 6 and 12 years of age.
