Asia’s Best Restaurant Le Du from Bangkok to debut in Singapore
The contemporary Thai restaurant, ranked No.1 on this year’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list will showcase creative twist on presentation while retaining Thai flavours in each cuisine.

Chef ThiTid Tassanakahjohn (Chef Ton) of award-winning Thai restaurant Le Du will be showcasing the many popular signature dishes of the Thai restaurant for a two-week Mandala Masters residency at the newly renovated Mandarin Oriental, Singapore from 1 to 12 November.
Le Du which opened in 2013 is where chef Ton first showcased his flair of combining contemporary European-style cuisine with traditional Thai flavours. Fresh from his successful new openings of Thai family-style sharing dining Nusara, third in this year’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 ranking, to his first overseas outpost outside Thailand Niras. located in Hong Kong, Chef Ton is making his debut in Singapore in this exclusive pop-up wherein guests’ will get to go on a culinary journey showcasing popular favourites from Le Du.
Similar to the previous chefs preceding this pop-up, Chef Ton will be bringing over his 26-chef team for the entire duration of the two-week pop-up. Guests will be able to enjoy a full Le Du fine dining experience as they showcase their creative interpretation of Thai flavour profiles with most ingredients sourced locally in Thailand.
Dishes to look forward to include Chef Ton’s signatures Prawn, Beetroot and Chili; Lobster with Shrimp Paste and Jor-Rang Curry as well as three brand-new dishes Squid with Scallion and Salted Duck Egg; Amadai, Cauliflower and Issan Herbs and Japanese wagyu and Spicy Northeastern style sauce, the three dishes will serve as a preview to prior to launching to Le Du’s new menu in Bangkok.
Le Du will be closed for renovation during the Singapore pop-up.

Both lunch and dinner menu comes with pairings of non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, or wine. Prices start at S$396++ per person for lunch and S$596++ per person for dinner. Reservations can be made here
