Hot! Chura Sushi Bar celebrates its first year anniversary with a newly revamped menu and one-for-one cocktails!

Chura Sushi Bar has unveiled a refreshed menu that includes new and exciting signature dishes. The team is serving up a variety of sushi, sashimi, maki from Okinawa with an extensive a la carte menu and beverage list as well. The bar has also launched Happy Hour Specials with $1 per slice sashimi of the day, $3 bar bites, 1-for-1 cocktails, $65 for sake bottle of the month and $9 full pint Asahi draft beer.

Designed to radiate sophistication and elegance to dazzle their guests, the restaurant’s cosy, warm and inviting atmosphere will let guests to sit back and enjoy every bite of the aesthetically-pleasing and deliciously perfect pieces of sushi!

One of the establishment’s new items is the Chio Maki (S$32), as the name suggests, this extremely decadent maki roll is not only visually pleasing on the eyes, but is also made with
the freshest ingredients, using a combination of yellowfin tuna tartare, marinated carrot with kinshi tamago, edible gold flake, uni, caviar simply creates an incredible flavour bomb that will be sure to satisfy any guest and give them ample satisfaction!

The Cha Soba Salad (S$12) involves a beautiful tapestry of chilled green tea buckwheat noodles artistically plated with a bowl of homemade pistachio sesame dressing- a simple and healthy dish for guests who are looking for an alternative to the conventional leafy salad!

The newest concoction on the menu includes newly crafted cocktails to pair with your meal, such as the robust Saketini (S$18), a strong drink for seasoned drinkers who need to unwind and kick back after a hard day’s work! The Chura Sling (S$18) is the the bar’s take on a conventional Singapore Sling with all of the sopihication and complexity, but with a sweeter tangy aftertaste!

Guests can pair their tillitating tipples with some of the bar’s other noteworthy dishes including the Spicy Salmon Tartare Roll (S$16.90) that packs a mildly spicy punch that blends well with the seasoning of the salmon tartare and the Kagoshima Buta Tonteki (S$18) is perfect for guests who prefer to stick to a high-protein diet or something savoury to go along with their drinks!

Blissful Berries

Last but not least, end the meal on a sweet note with Blissful Berries (S$12), a crunchy chocolate peanut crepe layered with mascarpone cream cheese dressed with chocolate flakes and served with vanilla ice cream, strawberry granola, fresh strawberries and raspberries. The chef prepares this dessert on a daily basis and ensures only the freshest ingredients are used in the dessert!
