Executive Chef Christopher Millar’s progressive Australian gastronomy and the backdrop of spectacular views of the city set the tone for the perfect romantic dinner at Stellar, the world’s highest Valentine’s experience, taking you romance to new heights.

Immerse in six courses of floral-accented sensorial delight and champagne, with highlights including Low Temperature Scallop with white chocolate and caviar; Roasted Poulet Noir Consommé with winter black truffle; Sea Urchin with ratte potato and coffee; and a choice of Monkfish or Westholme Ribeye. Completing this romantic dinner is the exquisite Yuzu Opera dessert specially crafted by the restaurant’s talented Pastry Chef Jasmin Chew.

Stellar’s Valentine’s Dinner are as follows:

▪ $480++ per couple for six courses, inclusive of window seat and 1 glass each of Veuve Clicquot (available 14 February only)

This one-of-a-kind gastronomic odyssey sees them clinking glasses of DOM Perignon on the Rooftop at sunset, taking a romantic trip to the garden for an edible floral treat and savouring the restaurant’s unique signature table-side Dessert Art.
