Wong Fufu

Wong Fu Fu x Nongshim Pop-up Pocha

Nongshim has set up a pop-up pocha at Taiwanese restaurant Wong Fu Fu, where you can be one of the first to try dishes created from their newest Shin Stir Fry noodle range. The Korean dishes are quite exciting, with a Stir Fry Cheese Ramyun Sizzling Cheesy omelette where the ramyun was cooked with eggs and drizzled with lots of cheese sauce. The other two dishes were more for sharing – the Stir-fried Shin Spicy Ramyun Kimchi Pancakes with Crab Meat is the ramyun version of the Korean pancake that’s often eaten as a side, while the Stir-Fried Shin Spicy Ramyun Seafood Croquettes with Crispy Korean Chicken and fries was a lot to take in, with fried chicken coated in a peppery chili and lime seasoning, seafood croquettes filled with creamy sweet potato and coated in fried Spicy Ramyun, and fries served with a special mala-mayo sauce.

The dishes were all inspired by Korean flavours, and it also gave us ideas on how we could spice up our instant noodles at home. After all, the Shin ramyun noodles are a great emergency food to stock up on at home for random pangs of hunger!

All the dishes are available ala carte, or can be bundled together with the full mini buffet and bubble tea + drinks bar, where you can also enjoy sides like fresh kimchi, mala popcorn chicken, and bubble tea.

The Wong Fu Fu x Nong Shim dishes are available at Wong Fu Fu for a limited time only.
