LUCE Unveils New Daily Rotating Southeast Asian-Italian Fusion Buffet

LUCE’s Chef de Cuisine Andrea Rossi has leveraged on his two decades worth of experience and knowledge of working in hotels in Southeast Asia to introduce a new thematic buffet selection that rotates daily so that guests will be able to enjoy an array of delectable offerings showcasing the rich culinary traditions of Vietnam, Thailand, and China alongside LUCE’s signature Italian dishes.
On Mondays, Thursdays, and Sunday evenings, LUCE invites you to experience the essence of Vietnam with dishes like Chả Giò Rế (prawn spring rolls) and comforting Bò Kho (beef stew). Midweek, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the buffet changes to highlight Thai cuisine, featuring favorites such as Phad See Ew Talay (flat rice noodles), make your very own som tam (thai salad) and the rich Gang Massaman Nuae (Wagyu beef curry). On Tuesdays and Fridays, guests can savor classic Chinese flavors with dishes like Wok-fried Tiger Prawns with XO Sauce and Iberico Pork Belly.
While the thematic selections dazzle with vibrant flavors, LUCE remains true to its Italian roots. Guests can indulge in a variety of classic Italian dishes, including a wide array of sashimi and seafood on ice, classic Margherita pizza and luxurious handmade pasta like Taglierini ai Funghi e Tartufo with a hearty serving of truffles! With a sumptuous carving station featuring highlights such as Oven-roasted Aged Angus Beef Striploin, LUCE promises a memorable brunch experience that seamlessly blends the best of Italian and Southeast Asian cuisines.
LUCE’s Thematic brunch offerings will be available for weekday lunches, dinners, and weekend lunches and dinners, with special discounts for 50% off every second diner for weekday buffets and 20% off weekend buffets.
