Swimming Crab Tsukemen
A special collaboration between Chief Tomiyama, Chief Ohashi and Chief Horikawa (Ramen Champion head chef), who trained together under Japan’s “God of Ramen”, Chef Yamagishi. This is served with Ramen Champion’s signature Chubuto-Straight-Noodles, and slices of tender cha shu.
