Chloé presents it’s Chinese New Year Capsule Collection

As 2019 marks the Year of the Pig, Chloé debuts an exclusive capsule collection that brims with optimism and effortless charm.

To conjure up and celebrate the festive occasion, artist Rithika Merchant has created an exclusive motif that recalls the enchanting print from Natacha Ramsay-Levi’s SS19 debut collection for Chloé. True to Merchant’s style, the colourful, symmetric shapes suggest stylized nature; only now, she has added several pairs of whimsical pigs.

Look closely at the vines outlining the motif and an abstracted pig face comes into focus. Merchant integrated additional elements to imbue the illustration with warmth and femininity.

The artwork adds a lively all-over flourish to a selection of perennial Chloé pieces including petite versions of the Tess and Roy bucket bags, and the sporty Sonnie sneaker. The print also appears on a white T-shirt or gray jersey sweatshirt –pieces that can be worn over and over again. Wallets embellished with good luck charms, Rosie sunglasses enhanced with a feminine chain, and sets of gold bracelets round out the auspicious offering.

By ringing in the New Year with Chloé, each gift symbolizes the joy of collecting something special.The capsule collection will be available in MBS boutique starting from mid-January 2019.
