Opened on 1 October 2024, Quincy House Singapore by Far East Hospitality brings it Quincy brand to Holland Village, the bustling International dining and nightlife destination for expats and locals alike, it is also conveniently located near business hubs, such as one-north and Buona Vista, Holland Village MRT station and a mere 10 mins drive by car to Orchard Road.

The property features, The Living Room for guests to unwind or work in solitude and lively gatherings, a 20-metre-long outdoor Rooftop Pool, alfresco seating area with open kitchen which can hold private functions, outdoor Barbeque Pit and 24-hour self-service laundry room and Fitness Centre.

Each of the well-appointed apartments ranges from Deluxe Room, One-Bedroom Deluxe, Two-Bedroom Superior and Two-Bedroom Deluxe apartments, all of the apartments feature their own kitchenette with fridge, induction hob and hood, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker including glasswares, crockery and cutlery, designed to cater to travellers, expatriates including families on work or holiday. Pet-friendly rooms are available upon request. Sustainability is also a core focus of the property’s design, with green features such as filtered water in all rooms, water-efficient fittings, extensive greenery to reduce the urban heat island effect and the use of low Volatile Organic Compound paints to improve indoor air quality.

We highly recommend the spacious 721sqft Two-Bedroom Deluxe Unit, each unit comes with living and dining area with dining table and chairs, 55-inch LED TV, your very own Kitchenette with all the pre fixed kitchenette amenities. While the property doesn’t have a restaurant, guests are able to avail of their grab and go breakfast during weekdays wherein a quick staple of sandwiches, juices, yogurts, snacks are made available for you to grab and pack to go or enjoy it at the living room. For lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast, guests can head to nearby One Holland Village Mall which houses grocery, restaurants and café or nearby restaurants and bars.
