Beef & Pumpkin Burger

CARNE, the first international outpost of Mauro Colagreco’s Argentine burger chain has launched its new seasonal Beef and Pumpkin Burger!

The burger has tender slices of roasted Kent pumpkins specially sourced from the Cameron Highlands, seasoned with sea salt flakes and cooked a la plancha with rosemary oil upon order.

This is stacked together with a generous, juicy hormone-free Australian beef patty, as well as red onions seared for sweetness and oakleaf red lettuce, sandwiched between fluffy buns smeared with a caper-and-rosemary spread on the bottom bun and a house-made blue cheese peppercorn sauce on the top.

Each burger is bursting with natural sweetness and umami flavours of the season, lifted by the perfume of rosemary, the briny taste of capers, and the punch of blue cheese, it is satisfaction in a stack.

The Beef & Pumpkin Burger is available now until 31 November 2021, at S$22 for a la carte burger, or add S$10 for a combo meal that includes CARNE’s famous thrice-cooked fries and a soft drink.

CARNE is open for dine-in and islandwide delivery daily from 8 am to 10:30 pm (breakfast from 8 am to 12 pm, and all-day menu from 10:30 am till 10:30 pm).
