Perfect for the gourmand dads, the gastronomic platter features an exquisite slab of succulent 220gm Angus Ribeye Steak, Chicken Cheese Sausages and Tiger Prawns, laid over a bed of vibrantly-hued summer vegetables; all charred to perfection. Served together are a resplendently rich side of truffle mashed potatoes, and complementing Chef’s signature house-made sauce trio – Mint Chimichurri, Garlic Beurre Blanc, Meat Jus – for that added depth of flavour in every bite.
