Melding a lip-smackingly spicy Chilli Crab sauce along with fresh Norwegian salmon, this seasonal dish brings together the best of both worlds. Pink Fish uses fresh tomatoes as the base for the sauce to temper the heat from the chillies, allowing a balance of tangy, sweet spiciness.
