What better way to celebrate Singapore’s 55th National Day than with a twist on an iconic local dish – the chilli crab! Turn up the heat and have a party in your mouth with Pink Fish’s all new celebratory Singaporean Salmon & Chilli Crab Bowl (S$14.90).

Melding a lip-smackingly spicy Chilli Crab sauce along with fresh Norwegian salmon, this seasonal dish brings together the best of both worlds. Pink Fish uses fresh tomatoes as the base for the sauce to temper the heat from the chillies, allowing a balance of tangy, sweet spiciness. Add a generous amount of crab meat, along with seared salmon, a wobbly onsen egg, pickled vegetables, and you have a mouth-wateringly appetising bowl sure to satisfy!

Saba Teriyaki Bowl

Another new option on the Pink Fish menu would also be the Saba Teriyaki Bowl using fresh pacific mackerel without the fishy taste, we highly recomend if you love fish and mackerel and the Peruvian Poke Bowl, where chunks of soy-marinated salmon are paired with sweet potato, jalapenos, red onions, coriander, and drizzled over with an addictive sweet chili mayo.
