Celebrate the Festive Season at Popular China Lifestyle Dining Brand Tomacado

With 13 branches across major cities in mainland China and an award-winning Hong Kong debut in 2023 — including accolades such as “World’s Most Beautiful Restaurant” (Presented by Prix Versailles, 2024) and “Floral Restaurant of the Year 2024” (Presented by LUXlife), Tomacado Singapore launches its first festive seasonal menu amidst a luxurious dining environment.
Tomacado, known for its three-dimensional model of dining, the elegance of Oriental aesthetics, the artistry of floral installations, and a health-forward culinary ethos of “Natural, Healthy, Beautiful, and Sustainable” offers a special festive menu available only from 1 December 2025 to 3 March 2026.
The Blooming Celebration Limited Set priced at S$238++ for 2 persons features an elegant six-course menu together with a selection of drinks either Tomacado’s signature Blue Butterfly Pea Sparkling Soda or the festive Rose Mulled Wine.
Start your meal with your choice of either the signature velvety Tomacado Signature Wild Mushroom Soup or the savoury Hearty Beef & Tomato Soup with tender sliced beef and rich and tangy tomatoes.
Moving on to the next course is a choice between the classic Tomacado Roasted Pumpkin Salad or the festive Burrata & Prosciutto Wreath Salad with Truffle Dressing. We recommend the latter which has a whole ball of Burrata cheese surrounded with prosciutto, nuts, seasonal fruits and greens, drizzled with homemade truffle vinaigrette, one of our favourites.
For appetizers, there’s three options for you to choose from, either the Fiery Escargot (Snail) – Signature Sichuan Style or the Winter Trio Appetiser. We highly recommend the Winter Trio Appetiser which includes Seared Tuna, Beef & Mushroom Puff Roll, and Crystal Tomato Stuffed with Mushrooms. The Beef & Mushroom Puff Roll, is soft and crispy and delightful in every bite, while the Crystal Tomato Stuffed with Mushrooms is bursting with flavour combined with the mushroom crunch as you bite onto the tomato.
Your meal continues with the Chef’s recommendations selection wherein you get to choose one out of the three selections of either the melt-in-your-mouth Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs with Pita Bread, MBS 3/4 Tenderloin & Foie Gras or the Pistachio Herb-crusted Lamb Rack. We chose the first option and to our surprise, the beef short ribs were so tender and soft, we loved the red wine sauce too, the only down part, it’s too salty to our taste otherwise its perfect!
As part of your menu, Tomacado’s signature Roasted Chicken with Black Truffle will also be served to your table. The half chicken is juicy and flavourful with real truffle scattered over the chicken, we loved the Sichuan spicy powder which complements the chicken perfectly.
End your meal with the Blooming Palette Napoleon, shaped like a painter’s palette two crispy pastry holds the creamy custard and grapes in the middle surrounded with chocolate mousse on the side, ending your meal on a high note.
