Chef Fei from Jiang by Chef Fei makes his debut in Singapore this 1 to 3 August 2024. Awarded two Michelin stars for six consecutive years for Jiang by Chef Fei restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, the culinary maven presents a special five-course lunch tasting menu and eight-course dinner tasting menu at Cherry Garden, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore

Chef Fei presents his Teochew-Cantonese cuisine during this highly anticipated three-days culinary experience which will showcase his culinary masterpieces such as his signature Marinated Celtuce with Pickles, an appetiser creation that kick starts the experience on a refreshing note, the delicate umami flavoured broth of Canadian Geoduck with Seaweed, an exquisite ingredient commonly used in his menu yet served in uniquely different styles with his culinary craftmanship.

The highlight is the Steamed Yellow Croaker, a seafood delicacy that marries the savoury note of turnip, one of the key ingredients in Teochew cuisine, with the robust flavour of fermented soybeans, an ode to Cantonese flavour. Round off the dining experience with a nourishing Double-boiled Silver Fungus, served chilled with hint of citrus.

This exclusive culinary journey is priced at S$128++ per person for five-course lunch tasting menu, S$198++ per person, eight-course dinner tasting menu. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
