Código 1530 Tequila Pairing Dinner at Audace Bar & Restaurant

Blazing its trail across Singapore, Código 1530, one of the world’s most selective of premium tequilas, is set to highlight the distinctive French bistronomy of Chef Jeremy Gillon for one night only at Audace on 1 February 2018, 6.30pm.

Inspired by Codigo 1530 tequila’s complex flavor profile, Chef Jeremy has carefully selected from his exclusive and unique collection of French Alpine herbs (specifically picking herbs such as Achillée and Ortie) to create a memorable tequila-pairing experience. Offering a five-course dinner menu ($128++ per person), each dish will be paired with a 15ml taster tequila shot from the Codigo 1530 range (Blanco, Reposado, Rosa and Añejo) and a Codigo 1530 cocktail.
