Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Launches September Seafood Bonanza

Courtyard by Marriott Singapore’s all-day dining restaurant Sky22 launches September Seafood Bonanza – a seafood themed buffet available every Friday to Sunday from 1 September till 28 October 2018.

Diners can choose from a wide spread of selections of Cold appetizers – Poached Salmon, Smoked Tuna, Smoked Marlin, Salad, Soup – Seafood Chowder, Clam Chowder, Seafood Gumbo, Noodle Station – Singapore Laksa with Tiger Prawns, Penang Assam Laksa, Cheese – Selection of Imported European Farmhouse Cheeses, Seafood on ice counter – Prawns, Mussels, Scallops and Dessert – Warm Bubur Cha- Cha, Green Tea Tartlet, Rum Panacotta with Berries Compote.

Apart from the buffet spread, the main highlight is the cook-to-order a la carte selections with over seventeen main courses and side dishes.

Some of our favourites from the ala-carte selections include the Surf & Turf Platter of braised short ribs and grilled lobster, Green Lip Mussels Pomodoro, Pan-seared Seabass with Mediterranean Salsa, Oyster Platter (Rockefeller, Kilpatrick and Mornay) and Spaghetti ‘Aragosta’ Baby Lobster.

Asian signature seafood dishes such as the Singapore Chilli Crab with Mantou Bun, Black Pepper Prawns, LaLa (White Clams) Be Hoon, Nyonya Grilled Seabass and Sky22’s signature Laksa from the live station are also available.

A selection of desserts such as Opalys Choc Crunch, classic Bubur Chacha, Rum Panacotta with Berries Compote, Filo Apple with Anglaise and Strawberry Mousse Cake is a must for a sweet end to your meal.

Sky22 September Seafood Bonanza is available from 1 September till 30 September 2018 during Lunch – 12noon to 2:30pm – (Saturday, Sunday), $48++ per adult / $24++ per child (age 6 to 12 years old) and Dinner – 6:30pm to 10pm – (Friday, Saturday), $56++ per adult / $28++ per child (age 6 to 12 years old).
