Dolce Vita welcomes a brand new year with fresh new tantalizing Italian dishes that will surely whet your appetite.

Helmed by Monza-boorn Chef de Cuisine Giorgio Maggioni who previously worked at the renowned Armani Hotel Dubai, he has created 10 new dishes for the discerning diners at Dolce Vita.

Capasanta

Start your meal with Capasanta, carefully pan-seared scallops with Verona celery, mushroom, garlic and winter truffle.

Papardelle

Next is the Pappardelle, this pasta dish originated from North Italy and here you get to enjoy this with their fresh homemade pasta with country style lamb ragout and crispy artichoke. This dish is made decadent with a drizzle of Pecorino cheese sauce.

Steak

For mains, choose from either Chef Giorgio’s personal favourite Rombo – pan-seared turbot fillet with cauliflower texture, citrus, yellow endives and parsley oil or the Filetto – pan-seared Tajima beef tenderloin with chick peas, confit shallot and finished off with red wine jus.

Mango

Cap your meal with Mango – this decadent mango mousse is surrounded with exotic coulis and a refreshing passionfruit sorbet while Millefoglie is layered with custard and yield zesty notes from red fruit compote and verbena ice cream.
