From 16- 18 February 2017, the award-winning Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant presents an exclusive Spanish culinary experience with Michelin Star Chef Diego Campos featuring a five-course set menu dinner, a tapas menu and a private cooking class with Chef Diego.

Spanish-born Chef Diego Campos, who has gained culinary experiences from across the Europe, is the owner of Rincon de Diego restaurant in Cambrils, awarded a Michelin Star since 2005. Chef Diego Campos’s courses will showcase modern Spanish cuisine with traditional influences. The five-course dinner features an appetizer of pears in cava and red wine. The second course will highlight fresh local Bamboo lobster with Spanish cold tomato soup, followed by a third course of Seabass with plankton pil pil sauce and ocean air. The fourth course is slow cooked veal with pumpkin puree and vegetable tissues. And finishing off with a dessert mousse of Catalan cream with vanilla ice cream.

Dishes

The set dinner is available from 18.30 – 22.30 and priced at USD 120++ per person, while tapas menu is priced at USD 55++ per person. Meanwhile private afternoon cooking classes is priced at USD 95++ per person.
