Enjoy American Barbecue at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore this July

From 4 to 15 July 2018, Melt Café presents an American Barbecue buffet of meats, treats and more.

Indulge in highlights such as a mouth-watering Tomahawk Steak, succulent St. Louis Baby Back Ribs and crowd-pleasing Honey Glazed Chicken Wings.

At the carving station, look forward to Crispy Stuffed Pork Belly balanced out with sweet caramelised apple and sour cabbage. Those with a penchant for rustic and hearty dishes will enjoy a flavourful Yankee Pot Roast comprising beef brisket, potatoes, carrots and onions or a classic Brunswick stew of smoked roasted meats, particularly popular in Southern America.

All-time favourites such as spoonfuls of decadent Macaroni and Cheese and creamy Clam Chowder are also included in the line-up. To round off the feast, conclude with a warm dessert of Apple Strudel with cream anglaise.

Melt Café American Barbecue is available from 6:30pm till 9:30pm and priced at S$ 88++ per person inclusive of free flow juices.
