PS.Cafe has long been synonymous with relaxing brunches, lazy afternoon teas, cosy dinners and friendly get-together. Now its tucked away restaurant on the top of Ann Siang Hill is introducing a celebratory free-flow wine brunch, offering a true urban escape in the heart of the city.

PS.Cafe Ann Siang Hill’s free-flow weekend brunch will couple hearty brunch favourites with a carefully curated wine list. Catering to all, the extensive food menu will delight with vibrant salads, indulgent sandwiches, comforting pastas, Asian dishes and PS.Cafe signature brunch favourites, such as Salmon-Dill Potato Cakes ($29) with crispy waffled potato cakes, sour cream and egg or Chargrilled Portobello Burger ($26) with wilted spinach, roasted capsicum, caramelised onions, basil mayo and melted swiss cheese.

The greatest hits from the wine collection has been carefully selected to complement the brunch menu. For $70++ on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, guests can choose from a free-flowing selection of Villa Sandi’s Valdobbiadene Prosecco and red, white and rosé wines from the iconic Spanish vineyard Marques de Riscal. On offer will be the robust ‘Airenzo’ Tempranillo, vibrant Rueda Verdejo white and pale Rosado Rosé.

The Freeflow Brunch is priced at $70++ which entitles you to three hours of free-flow wine, while food dishes will be paid for separately. From 12 – 3pm. Exclusive to PS.Cafe Ann Siang Hill.
