IPPUDO Introduces A Chocolatey Spin On Its New Seasonal Ramen

Available until the end of 2020, Ippudo is introducing their new seasonal ramen, the Miso Akamaru Ramen, a popular winter treat that’s only usually available in Japan! This special rendition of ramen features the infusion of cacao chocolate into their fragrant garlic oil, which is an instrumental element in Ippudo’s ramen dishes. The richness of the chocolate helps to intensify the flavours of the ramen and gives a subtle sweetness to go along with Ippudo’s Original Tonkotsu Broth. The broth is simmered with pork bones for 18 hours with a secret blend of red and white miso seasoning that gives the dish a rich concentrated umami flavour.
Each bowl comes with a generous amount of ingredients that includes handmade noodles, four tender pieces of chashu pork as well as IPPUDO’s original Akamaru miso paste that adds an additional salty punch to the overall dish while the side of savoury butter corn lends a subtle creamy texture to balance out the sweetness and richness of the broth.
The Miso Akamaru Ramen is available at all IPPUDO outlets for dine-in, takeaway and delivery via Oddle
