Kohaku Tendon Launches Second Edition of Winter Collection Tendon

Following the success of Ocean Gems Tendon last year, Kohaku Tendon is introducing it’s newest winter themed tendon – Winter Ocean Treasures Tendon which features Monkfish liver, a popular fish in Japan during winter. This liver is often compared to foie gras with its soft, creamy and extremely rich flavour.
The tendon also features a medley of Alaskan snow crab leg, dory fish, squid, Japanese fishcake with cod roe, king crab stick and topped with generous juicy ikura which are processed in Hokkaido which adds a refreshing lift to the bowl of ingredients.
The Winter Ocean Treasures tendon is priced at s$21.00++ and is available for three months from 3 December 2018 onwards at all Kohaku Tendon outlets.
