One-Michelin-starred Los Angeles Restaurant Osteria Mozza to Open in Hilton Singapore Orchard in 2022

Come 2022, celebrated American Chef and 2014 James Beard Outstanding Chef Nancy Silverton is set to bring her One-Michelin starred Osteria Mozza to Singapore opening at the upcoming new Hilton Singapore Orchard.

Osteria Mozza will be part of Hilton Singapore Orchard’s dining options which will include two new original dining concepts: an all-day dining restaurant and a lobby lounge and bar; as well as the current two-Michelin starred Shisen Hanten and award-winning Chatterbox.

Imagine a Nancy Silverton reimagined award- winning classics from her outpost in Los Angeles as well as new creations specially made for Singapore along with a wide selection of wine labels from Italy and curated cocktails.
