Opened last 11 February 2019 at Suntec City is pop-up restaurant, Pasta Supremo. A brainchild of Shawn Kishore, the same person behind the popular Taiwanese restaurant The Salted Plum, this new concept of his was conceptualised with only one thing in mind, that is to make high end, quality food accessible by offering a varied price range.

Being located in Suntec City, the interior of the place is very simple yet but gives a very casual vibe where everyone can just walk in, have a good meal and leave satisfied with a full tummy.

Fresh pasta

The restaurant offers diners the option to Build-Your-Own-Pasta by choosing from their selection of homemade pasta either short, long or curly followed by your choice of Asian flavour sauces and wide range of toppings from Burnt Miso Corn, Duck Rilette, Bak Kwa Jam, Confit Garlic Prawns, Unagi, Baby Scallops and Wagyu Karubi.

All the pasta are air-dried daily and naturally coloured with ingredients such as egg yolk, blue pea flower, beetroot and activated charcoal.

For those who wants their meal ala-minute, diners can choose from their ala-carte menu from sides, haus pasta, daily specials and desserts.

Stuff on Bread

A must try on from their ala-carte menu is their “Stuff on Bread” section . Freshly baked sourdough bread topped with four different variants, we loved the Bak Kwa Jam which has the real taste of Bak Kwa and the Cheesy Cheese AF which has a combination of blue cheese, mozarella and camembert. The other two flavours are Avocado & Feta and Mushroom & Black Truffle Cream.

Prawn Aglio Olio

From their Haus Pasta, we loved the Supreme Porky Marinara which uses charcoal activated long pasta with Haus marina sauce, Haus meatball, Haus Bacon, Pork croutons and 24 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Second on our favourite is the Prawn Olio Olio which uses blue pea curly pasta with 3 types of Chinese sausage, Tobiko, Garlic Prawns tossed in Sichuan Garlic Oil.

End your meal with their delicious Pistachio Creme or ask for their Dessert of the Day.

If you love Pasta then you must visit Pasta Supremo before they are gone. They will only be at Suntec City for 18 months. Do check out their board for their Soup of the Day and Pasta of the Week.
