Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong Launches Food Studio, Its Newest Interactive Buffet Experience

Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong has launched its newest dining destination, Food Studio, a new dining concept that reimagines the buffet as an interactive culinary studio. The interior is inspired by the ferries and trams of Wan Chai that blend nostalgic Hong Kong details with sleek, modern design.
At Food Studio, the chefs prepare and plate dishes upon order and right in front of the diners. Unlike other conventional buffets that focus on volume, Food Studio highlights quality selections over quantity.
Be spoilt for choice from their signature dishes such as Sea Urchin Taco with Caviar, Sea Urchin Risotto with Confit Tomatoes, Sea Urchin Pasta, Freshly Steamed Lobster, Lobster Yee Mein, Japanese Garlic and Lobster Fried Rice, Grilled Wagyu Oyster Blade, Wagyu Carpaccio with Tuna Mayo and Caperberries, Sichuan Spiced Wagyu with Crispy Lotus Root, and Braised “Mala” Wagyu Tri-tip, Fire-grilled Tiger Prawn Skewers and more.

There’s also fresh seafood on ice which features an array of all-time favourites such as lobster, brown crab, scallop, snow crab leg, sea whelk, mussels and more. Another notable station to try is the Hong Kong Roasts which features signature roast duck and Sucking Pig. Carvings include Whole Roasted Australian Lamb, Grilled Wagyu and more

This international background ensures the buffet’s wide-ranging dishes are prepared with genuine authenticity and depth of flavour.
