From the iconic Chilli Crab—recrafted as Crayfish Noodles—with its rich, eggy sauce and succulent seafood, to the hearty Mutton Rendang Baked Rice that melds tender boneless lamb leg, aromatic spices, and piquant achar, each dish is a tribute to the nation’s rich culinary heritage.

For those who crave bold, smoky flavors, Swensen’s Grilled Sambal Seabass is a highlight, cooked to perfection with sambal belachan and paired with savory rice, prawn crackers, and a zesty squeeze of calamansi. Don’t miss the house-crafted Chili Crab Soup, simmered with real crab meat and served with crispy mantou or rustic sourdough, offering comfort and nostalgia in every spoonful.

To complete the SG60 feast, indulge in the playful MILO Bandung Dino, a delightful mash-up of chocolatey MILO and rosy bandung, finished with a generous dusting of MILO powder—pure childhood “shiok.” These six signature dishes, representing six decades of Singapore’s progress, are available at Swensen’s outlets islandwide now until 9th September 2025, making it the perfect destination to toast to the city’s past, present, and future with deliciously reimagined local classics.

Yum Cha’s SG60 menu comes as a selection dim sum classic infused with local flavours at $6 each. Highlight favourites include the Bak Kut Teh Xiao Long Bao with juicy peppery bak ku teh soup dumplings, Prata Pork Pancake which is a local Indian take on the Chinese meat pancake, and the Kopi Gao Bao – think the lava custard bun but with an indulgent coffee core. Other treats include a Kaya Bolo Bao that makes for a great tea time snack or to end the meal, the Laksa Rice Flour Roll with a thick creamy laksa gravy, and the Crusty Chilli Crab Bao, which is a bun filled with sweet chili crab sauce and chunks of crab.

Diners who spend a minimum of $60 in a single receipt can also purchase a set of handmade Five Stones which are hand sewn by talented artisans from the special needs community as a way of giving back to the community during this time. Celebrate SG60 with your loved ones over a feast fit for Peranakan royalty at Cygnet as they welcome Butterfly Table by Tiap Tiap to bring together their Tok Panjang-style menu. The experience starts with handmade Fish Keropok and a DIY Kueh Pie Tee, followed by Fuchow Fishballs and Roti Bakar Ikan. The center de piece is a vibrant Nasi Ulam with generous helpings of fresh organic herbs and edible blooms, paired with a classic Nyonya Curry Chicken and Buah Keluak Pork Ribs, which takes two days to prepare. Other classic Peranakan dishes like Stir Fried Okra & Brinjal in spicy sambal, Asam Pedas and Telur Belanda make up the rest of the dinner experience.
