Sri Panwa Phuket Introduces New Gourmet Experiences

Sri Panwa is delighted to announce the launch of two new gourmet experiences to its already awarded food and beverage offers: Baba Chino and Baba Hot Box.

Located on the ground floor of The Habita, the resort’s new enclave, and helmed by renowned Chef Thanaruk Choto -also known as ‘Chef Pom’, Baba Chino serves an exquisite variety of Chinese dishes such as Dim Sum, Crispy Pork, Abalone, Crispy Pigeon in Guangdong Style, BBQ Honey Pork and Guangdong style Roasted Duck amongst others.

Aligned with the resort’s unique personality, Baba Chino features breath-taking views of the Andaman Ocean and neighbouring islands. The architecture and interiors of Baba Chino have been designed to project a relaxing atmosphere. By integrating with the surroundings, the restaurant embraces the essence of Modern Natural design. The walls feature a wave pattern as well as a copper ceiling glow that is formed from a natural slated stone which illuminates the facility once the shell ball lamp is turned on, giving the restaurant an elegant touch.

Together with Baba Chino and The Habita, Sri panwa has also opened Baba Hot Box, a Gourmet Grill featuring a Spanish Josper Grill serving Barbeque dishes daily from 12-6pm in a casual but chic setting. With a variety of combinations to choose from, meat and seafood lovers will be able to treat their palates with premium products accompanied by a wide choice of sauces and sides.
