Capella Singapore’s Fiamma maestro Chef Antonio Corsaro partners with Claudine’s Executive Chef Julien Mercier for an exquisite eight-course dinner where French finesse meets Italian soul.
Expect a carefully crafted menu inspired by both restaurants’ philosophies with elegant creations like smoked sardine with aïoli and fennel flower alongside Claudine’s signature bouillabaisse featuring red gurnard, Hokkaido scallops, carabineira, and shellfish. Concluding on a sweet and zesty note, the menu finishes with a refreshing Menton lemon sorbet with verveine liqueur and a decadent classic tiramisu. A French-Italian Culinary Odyssey at Fiamma will be held on 24 July 2025, Thursday from 7pm till 10pm at Fiamma, Capella Singapore
